RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your order MONA will be happy to offer an exchange or refund on any unworn, unwashed merchandise, with all labels intact and not removed, within 14 days of delivery. All refunds will be credited to your original payment method once the goods have been received and checked.

We recommend that you retain proof of postage or use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us. MONA cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged on return postage.
